Order Processing

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Accurate Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. CREED Compounds is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

U.S. Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination. We do not offer free shipping.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed
CREED Compounds reserves the right to select the most appropriate carrier and shipping method to ensure secure and timely delivery

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship via major U.S. carriers. Carrier selection may vary based on order size, weight, and destination.

Primary Carriers

USPS and UPS are our primary shipping partners. The carrier used for your order will be reflected in your tracking confirmation email.

International Shipping

U.S. Only — No International Shipping

At this time, CREED Compounds ships within the United States only. Orders must be placed by U.S.-based researchers with a valid U.S. shipping address. We do not offer international shipping.

Delays & Liability

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, CREED Compounds is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers must contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim
CREED Compounds is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once in carrier possession
